Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view of the river. The service was friendly and efficient, making it a perfect place near the old town of Krakow. The location was central, within walking distance of all facilities and the Christmas market. However, the dining experience had some limitations in food options. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers modern, clean rooms with Juliet balconies and views over the Vistula River, but the dark corridor layout may feel institutional. The service is friendly and English-speaking, with minor breakfast issues. Its central location close to the river and old town is excellent, though lacking some light at night. The dining experience provides a buffet with great views, despite mixed food quality.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were very good, though the carpet needed cleaning. I had a nice side river view with a seating area including a fridge and a clean, spacious bed. The beautiful view of the castle added to the charm. The service was prompt and obliging, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The location was excellent, offering a view of the castle and within walking distance to the square and the Jewish Quarter, allowing me to enjoy the city's beauty easily. The dining options were a bit limited, but the continental breakfast had a decent selection, including hot options like scrambled eggs and sausages. Overall, a value-for-money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
